What Information We Collect
We collect two types of information, information you give us directly and information collected automatically when you use the platform.
Information You Give Us Directly includes your name and email address when you fill in the contact form, your name, email address, and payment information when you purchase a book or join the Execution Vault membership, any messages, questions, or content you submit through contact forms or community spaces, your responses to the Implementation Diagnosis assessment, your progress tracker entries and self-reflection notes, and any information you provide when applying for the Execution Architect Hub.
Information Collected Automatically includes your IP address, browser type, and device information, pages you visit on the platform and how long you spend on them, referring website or search term that brought you to the platform, cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in our Cookie Policy, and general geographic location based on your IP address.
Why We Collect Your Information
We collect your information for the following specific purposes.
To deliver the services you have requested — including book access, Vault membership, challenge downloads, and community participation.
To communicate with you about your membership, purchases, and any enquiries you have submitted.
To send you updates about new books, systems, challenges, and initiatives if you have opted in to receive them.
To improve the platform based on how it is being used — including which systems are most accessed and which challenges are most completed.
To protect the platform and its users from misuse or fraudulent activity.
To comply with legal obligations in Ghana and any other applicable jurisdiction.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that significantly affect you without your knowledge.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to deliver the services you have requested and to meet our legal obligations.
Contact form submissions are kept for up to two years. Purchase records and membership data are kept for seven years in compliance with financial record-keeping requirements. Email communications are kept for up to three years. Progress tracker and assessment data is stored in your browser locally and is not retained on our servers beyond your active session unless you have a Vault account. Vault member data is kept for the duration of your membership and for two years after cancellation.
You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us through the Contact page.
Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal information to any third party under any circumstances.
We may share your information with the following categories of service providers who help us operate the platform, payment processors who handle your purchase transactions, email service providers who send communications on our behalf, membership platform providers who host the Execution Vault, and analytics providers who help us understand how the platform is used.
