Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of BookToSystem and all related services, including book purchases, the Execution Vault membership, the Execution Architect Hub, downloadable resources, the Implementation Diagnosis tool, the Progress Tracker, and any other feature or service offered through the platform.
By accessing BookToSystem or purchasing any product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform or purchase any of our products or services.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Brigitte Adofo Agyapong trading as Branded by Brigitte and Inspirations by Brigitte.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use BookToSystem, purchase any product, or join the Execution Vault membership. By using this platform you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Intellectual Property
All content on BookToSystem is owned by Brigitte Adofo Agyapong and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law applicable in Ghana and internationally.
This includes all written content, frameworks, methodologies, tools, assessments, book system breakdowns, 7-day challenges, self-reflection prompts, page designs, logos, brand assets, and proprietary frameworks including but not limited to the D.R.E.A.M. framework, the Clarity Statement framework, the System-Before-Goal Method, the Focus-to-Action Cycle, the Clarity Conversion Method, and the BookToSystem platform concept and name.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content on BookToSystem for your own personal development and implementation practice. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission from Brigitte Adofo Agyapong.
Violation of intellectual property rights will be pursued to the full extent permitted by applicable law.
Book Purchases
When you purchase a book through BookToSystem you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use that book for your personal development purposes. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce the book in any form.
All book sales are final unless the book was delivered in a technically defective format that prevents access, in which case please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a replacement.
Execution Vault Membership
By joining the Execution Vault you agree to the following terms.
Your membership gives you access to all resources available in the Vault during your active membership period. Access is personal and non-transferable — you may not share your login credentials or grant access to other individuals.
Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis on the same date each month. Annual memberships are billed once for the full year. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Monthly members retain access until the end of the current billing period. Annual members retain access until the end of the year they have paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership if you violate these Terms and Conditions, misuse the platform, engage in abusive behaviour toward other members or toward Brigitte, or share access to the platform with unauthorised individuals.
We reserve the right to change the price of membership with a minimum of 30 days notice to existing members. If you do not agree to a price change you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
Execution Architect Hub
Membership in the Execution Architect Hub is by application and is subject to a separate vetting process. Acceptance is at Brigitte's sole discretion.
Hub members are expected to maintain a standard of respectful, constructive engagement with all other members and with Brigitte at all times. Abusive, harassing, or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund.
Content shared within the Hub, including personal goals, challenges, wins, and reflections shared by members — is confidential to the Hub community and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed outside the Hub without the explicit written consent of the member who shared it.
Community Conduct
All members of BookToSystem community spaces including the Execution Vault and the Execution Architect Hub agree to engage with honesty, respect, and a genuine commitment to their own execution practice and the support of others.
The following are prohibited in all community spaces — harassment or bullying of any kind, promotion of third-party products or services without written permission, sharing of other members' personal information without consent, deliberate disruption of community spaces or live sessions, and any behaviour that creates a hostile or unsafe environment for other members.
Violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal from the platform and community without refund.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brigitte Adofo Agyapong and BookToSystem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, your application of any framework or system, your participation in any community space, or your reliance on any content published on or through BookToSystem.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of BookToSystem shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable under applicable law that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify active Vault members of significant changes by email with a minimum of 14 days notice. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
